Our principle, Mr. Stephen D. Replin is an attorney who has focused his entire law practice on the structure, contracts and needs of new and growing businesses.
Steve is also a CPA who has focused his entire accounting experience on the structure and needs of new and growing businesses.
Steve holds an LLM (tax) from the New York University School of Law further focusing on the tax treatment and laws pertaining to businesses and commercial transactions.
Steve holds an MBA (with distinction) from New York University Graduate School of Business having focused his education on the needs of new and startup businesses.
Steve is the CEO of a nationwide private bank that has funded many hundreds of startup businesses and has structured the money raising for new and existing businesses.
Steve has been the CEO of a public company with 2,000 shareholders and as such, has run the complete operations of a company with high visibility and success.

- After you fill out our LAUNCH30™ questionnaire regarding all of the aspects of your business, we interview you to determine all the facts about your goals, plans, and the nature of your business.
- We develop a plan based on this interview, for the following:

- Financing needs
- Planning needs
- Intellectual property identification and protection, and
- Much, much more!
- We implement the following for you based on your plans:
- Incorporation of your business.
- Retention of an appropriate accountant/bookkeeper to construct a proper set of books and records that will allow you to evaluate your initial and ongoing operations.
- We assist you in completing your business plan.
- We help you identify the members of a fully function team by category and assist you in identifying appropriate people in your area.
- We assist in developing a fund-raising plan that is appropriate for your needs and growth forecasts.
- We perform an intellectual property audit to identify proprietary aspects of your business that may need protection.
- We aid in the development of your strategic team as follows:
